GINISANG UPO
This recipe is another Filipino viand (ulam), its common in every Filipino meal and usualy serve in carenderia. It’s very delicious and easy to make for your family. Instead of the usual ground pork , I used daing na labahita to partner with upo.
Ingredient
Upo
Daing na labahita
Onions, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Ground black pepper
Procedure
1. Fry the daing na labahita. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion,garlic and tomatoes.
3. Add the upo, stir. Season with ground black pepper.
4. Add water and simmer. Lastly, add daing na labahita.
5. Cook until the upo is done.
