Click here to watch : /watch/Q_RyfHeoav5oy Ingredients: Full cream milk 2liter Sugar 1cup Custard apple 2 (Remove seeds and collect pulp 1 cup) Cardamom Powder 1tbsp Saffron threads Finely chopped almonds 1tbsp Finely chopped pista 1tbsp Procedure: 1 Take heavy bottom vessel or kadhai, pour 2liter full cream milk and allow to boiled it 2 Once milk boiled allow to evaporates milk for about 1 to 1:15hr hrs 3 Once milk gets thickened add 1 cup sugar & mix well. 4 Add saffron milk 1tbsp and mix well 5 Add custard apple pulp and allow cook for about 2mins then add cardamom powder tbsp, finely chopped almonds and mix well. 6 Garnish with finely chopped almonds, pista and saffron. 7 Serve hot or cool sitaphal rabdi.
