Ingredients are:-
1.Fresh Spinach-1bowl( washed)
2.Oranges- 5-6 slices
3.Avacado-1/2( chopped)
4.salt- to taste
5.Crushef black paper-1/2 tsp
6.Milk-1/4 cup
7.Orange Juice-1/5 cup
8.Yogurt- 3 tbsp
9.Ginger-1/2 inch
10.Ice cubes-2( optional)
Method:-
1 take a grinding jar
and add all
ingredients into
grinding jar including ice cubes and
grind it smoothly
( you can add
mint leaves or
cucumber)
2.Smoothie is ready
3.pour into a serving jar or Glass
4.Serve it cool
