Gajar (carrot) halwa truffles are going to be your best friend this festive season, aside from how gorgeous they look they taste pretty damn good for a fusion dessert made in less then 30 mins!
Preparation Time - 5 min
Freezing Time - 10 min
Servings - 6-7
✓Ingredients -
Gajar (Carrot) Halwa - 1/2 cup
Chopped white chocolate - 1/2 cup
Roasted almonds - 6-7
Chopped pistachios to garnish
✓Notes-
-Grease your hands a little bit with ghee and start rolling out the truffles.
-Keep the truffles refrigerated, will last 5-7 days.
-Add any dry fruits or nuts to this as you liking.
-These are perfect to make ahead of time and store in the fridge.
