@dianefowler87793 years agoThere is SO MUCH more content in the books that explains everything much clearer. Each of the books runs over 500 pages, much to long to be made into movies as such. I also read the companion books, (1) Grey, which tells Christian's side of the story from 50 shades of grey, and also "Darker" which tells his side of 50 Shades Darker. I think the author is still working on the companion book "Freed" which will be Christian's story from 50 Shades Freed. Several people who said they didn't like the movies were unaware of many things that were explained in the book. ...552
