Pink diamond was given a colony known as earth, little did anyone know at the time who inhabited it. Godzilla a creature known to protect the earth came across the gems and was furious what he saw. They were not only trespassing but destroying his land and planet. So he waged a war against them that lasted for a long time. It ended however with the shattering of pink diamond and the battle between the diamonds and Godzilla. He was never to be seen again after the battle until thousands of years later.
