A couple of months ago I put together a workout for (FaZe) Tfue! His main goal is to gain muscle so we're doing alot of volume in the 6-12 repranges.
Full Workout:
Incline Bench Press: 4 sets (6-8 reps) / Final set to failure with a pause!
Dumbbell Fly: 3 sets (10-12 reps)
Chest Supp. Row: 4 sets (6-8 reps)
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets (10-12 reps)
Shrugs: 2 sets (10-12 reps)
Reverse Fly: 2 sets (10-12 reps)
EZ Curls: 3 sets (8-10 reps)
Tricep Extentions: 3 sets (8-10 reps)
