@entropy97359 months ago Jose came off very passive aggressive, and when he was called out, he often deflected, played the victim, and attempted to turn the tables. For instance, after initiating the conversation and asking numerous questions, he became evasive when similar inquiries were directed his way, showcasing his deflective behavior. Furthermore, despite Sean trying to maintain a civil discourse, Jose accused him of being aggressive multiple times, exemplifying his tendency to play the victim. Lastly, with statements like "I was just trying to help you", Jose tried to shift the perception of the interaction, making it appear as if he was the reasonable party, further highlighting his tactic of turning the tables. Fire that guy. ... 265

@leonardwolf18209 months ago One tactic commonly used by the government is to drag things out until you just get tired of the hassle. I have put in two insurance claims to the US Postal Services. @Josmart10249 months ago “Jose” needs an evaluation. Not fit to work in a law enforcement building. 1
  • @
@jaygio9 months ago Sean I hope you see this message. I can tell you as former law enforcement and someone who has worked with the NYPD exactly what went on here today, and what has been going on here in general. First let me say that I'm a big fan of your channel and what you do and it's because of corruption that I left the field and it was the best decision I ever made.
That guy Jose knew exactly what he was doing and is most likely in officer. The level of manipulation that he was using is one that only an officer, a trained officer would use that has uses before and learned from being in the field. He might have moved up in ranks or works in office now but his lQ is still the same and very low. He initiated the conversation with you, he admitted to being law enforcement, and then he denied it. His cockiness, arrogance, manipulative Behavior, and deliberate attempt to get himself on film and to provoke a situation and make you seem like the aggressor was intentional. In his little low lQ mind, he thought he could bait you or manipulate the footage in such that it looked like you were the aggressor by saying things that the camera couldn't pick up. This is something that only a trained officer knows how to do: to give the impression and make remarks that the camera cannot pick up such as mentioning how close you are technically, yelling into his ear, talking about the look on your face and your disposition, Etc. He figured he could use those things to use your footage against you. Notice how despite him starting the conversation, he shifted from questioning why you were talking to him, to him continuing to try to talk to you, to doing other weird things like suggesting supporting the truck outside as if that has anything to do with helping his case. He wanted to talk when he wanted,, then turned his back and said he doesn't want to talk as if you're harassing him only to turn back around and spout some BS about 'positivity only as if you are negative. That's how low his IQ is. He also kept a smile on his face the whole time he was manipulating, something a trained officer and manipulator would do.
Next time don't take the bait and make it very clear that you see what he's trying to do and you see his tactic and that it's not going to work. Next time the second you feel uncomfortable from somebody that you may not know is an officer, just politely tell them that you don't know who they are and that they're making you feel uncomfortable especially after telling them that you don't want to engage. But Jose got caught, he exposed himself. Ask any other officer and they'll tell you the same.
Connecticut has so much corruption all over the state. Many of the guys that have made it into high-level positions have what is known as a contract with one another. This term, having a contract, is exactly what it sounds like although it's not written and it's implied. It's the same term that's used among inmates when an inmate has subverted a correctional officer... It's also what inmates use with each other. For example, two officers are on scene together and there's money that's found. One of them doesn't want to take it without the other one taking it so he forces the other one to take it, this way there is a contract between the two of them and if anything ever comes up in the future one can't bring it up without bringing the other one down. It's the idea on having dirt on someone else and working with them, or making sure to always stay silent even if caught because one can bring down the other. So many of these Connecticut officers that rose through the ranks as well as in all the other departments Nationwide have contracts with one another. It's the reason why corruption continues every level. I'm sure whatever IA or department head is involved with this knows Sergeant Fahey personally.
Just off the strength of Gahey's previous behavior, it's safe to assume that he's done a lot worse. If he can do this with a camera rolling just imagine what he's gotten away with before. Taking that into consideration I wouldn't be surprised if he's done dirt with other officers that have risen through the ranks and moved along to different departments. Be persistent, don't give up, and have your legal team take it to the next Department up that's supersedes this one. Keep your composure and keep your cool, don't get baited, and nail these bastards for the illegal activity they have done.
And to Jose, you failed miserably. I peeped your game a mile away. You reeked of pork the moment you stepped on camera. Sean, make sure you find out who he is and don't let go on that. Best of luck to you

@grumpyoldman35978 months ago notice how the guy in orange comes out and stops RIGHT NEXT TO YOU, when the line was clearly well in front of you... this is clearly one of the SGTs goons sent out to look and find something, to engage and force himself upon you on his behalf... the awkward small talk, calling you an auditor, he knows exactly what he's doing (eventually saying he "already ordered" but chose to be RIGHT NEXT TO YOU, I suspect you will find he works with the SGT)... when cops JUST can't help themselves, its a sign they need to be benched until cleared emotionally, because they are putting the public and themselves in danger... P.S. when he asked if you went to journalism school after stating you were an independent journalist, this was to discredit you, to demean and belittle you, to suggest you are not a journalist nor worthy of the actions, its also why he later said "I'm not going to give you the reaction" because he has the mindset of how these interactions are intended to go, which is why he said "I can see it on your face"... this is classic, this is also why nothing changes, because they circle the wagons to protect themselves instead of the people they serve... P.S.S. at we see Mr Orange Shirt coming back for a second chance at interacting, just like the SGT did on previous visits, always appearing magically when you are there, always coming into some office downstairs while you are there, odd behavior for someone who works on a different area to come OUTSIDE into the public areas, how convenient for the emotional cops... and at we see him hanging out at the public counter, odd behavior to linger around a public counter for an employee who should be working right, trying to look busy while staying in the area to force his presence, just like every bad cop we've ever seen... ... 1
