मुंबई, अगस्त 18: कथित रूप से अश्लील फिल्म बनाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार हुए अभिनेत्री शिल्पा शेट्टी के पति और बिजनेसमैन राज कुंद्रा को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ी राहत दी है। बुधवार को इस मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने राज कुंद्रा की गिरफ्तारी पर अंतरिम राहत दी है। अब उन्हें एक हफ्ते तक कोई गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकता है। इसके साथ ही उनकी जमानत याचिका को भी स्‍वीकार करते हुए उस पर 25 अगस्‍त को सुनवाई की तारीख तय की है। जस्‍ट‍िस संदीप के श‍िंदे की सिंगल बेंच बुधवार को राज कुंद्रा की जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही थी। राज कुंद्रा की जमानत याचिका को भी स्‍वीकार करते हुए उस पर 25 अगस्‍त को सुनवाई की तारीख तय की है। इससे पहले 7 अगस्‍त को कोर्ट ने राज कुंद्रा की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। साल 2020 में दर्ज एफआईआर में राज कुंद्रा के ख‍िलाफ कई ऑनलाइन प्‍लेटफॉर्म्‍स पर अश्‍लील वीडियो प्रसारित करने के आरोप हैं। इससे पहले राज कुंद्रा की अं‍तरिम जमानत याचिका को सेशंस कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया था, जिसके बाद उन्‍होंने हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। अब मामला बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में हैं। अपनी याचिका में राज कुंद्रा ने कहा है कि साइबर सेल ने बीते साल जो एफआईआर दर्ज की है, उसमें कहीं भी उनका नाम नहीं है। यही नहीं, उन्‍होंने मामले में पुलिस की जांच में पूरा सहयोग किया है और कई बार बयान भी दर्ज करवा चुके हैं। Mumbai, Aug The Bombay High Court has given a major relief to actor Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra, who was arrested for allegedly making a pornographic film.
