He studied the back of his hand and said “Peach”. Peach it was. I wrote it down.

    @richardbonner23544 years ago I... AM a "pink-skinned" Person.
One of MANY actually True things I've learned in my time on "The Whorl' " is: as Maya Angelou said, "The more I learn of the "different People" I share the Whorl' with, the more I discover how ALIKE we all are."
My light-brown skinned, and dark-brown skinned Brothers and Sisters; just as my 'red' and 'yellow' skinned, and olive-skinned Brothers and Sisters are..., are pretty nearly EXACTLY like me, biologically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually.
That is WHY..., I AM, an unapologetic Militant You-Man (and You-Women, too!) Racist.
Initiate violence against ANY o' me Brothers or Sisters - whether I know them "personally" or not - and you'll see the militant parts of MY You-manity..., gladly 'emerge'.

@yqafree4 years ago Ben that was a ten! Read this poem, I thought I'd offer you one in return
    TEST :
Ever noticed this is just a test?
It's been redesigned to be a mess.
    Life's not about institutional debts,
To rigidly abstain, to cringingly confess,
To be rude to or give in to guests,
    or to just feel blessed.
Not to just beat the stress.
    Or to settle for less
Not a test to be the best
or to be like all the rest.
Its by design to free your mind.
    Either go through the motions
    subconsciously
    or use your time.
    Beyond our cell phone masts
    It is no easy task
To take off our programmed mask
And see our face for what it really is!
But people would rather kid put up their bid
And throw I.D. ( instinctual drive ) right out! For some biz (??)
    Some sort of purgatory
And thus is no kind of story
    Because nothing’s maintained
In pursuit of pride and glory
    It’s depraved and very gory
What men will do for more,
    see:
it’s the land of more AK's
    than humans and days
than our amount of food can sustain.
    I’m talking pain!
From the sugars extracted from grains
To metal laced "medicines" injected in veins
    Napalm strikes ejected from planes
    Depleted uranium affecting
    Developing bodies and brains
    And how can anybody refrain?
    Because since we were born
We’ve been strung along in shackles and chains
We need more than just some undescribed change
    We naturally need total recall
    Constant cognition Not trans-humanism
That or else we’ll be slain
    As people shoot their-
    Autos, right there
    In the streets!
    Putting aside their
    Beliefs and mottos-
    For orders to save
    Not lives, but concrete!
They don’t even know whom they’re aiming at
    That applies on many levels
    Best to retreat
People wish it wasn’t happening around them
Why do they run? For rhyme or reason?
There’s no point to subjective pressures
Like oath, obliged or being convicted for treason
While 1st world homeowners worry over seasons
Going to watch "news", antihistamines "for reasons"
No more garden culture or breathin'
They won't face those they callin' heathens
    Those in the weather freezin'
Instead concerned to not be sneezin'
    These leeches are leaving lesions
The while children run over ruined littered streets
    off from sweat shops,
    No quality materials nothin' neat,
Often tire pads or worn torn flip flops
    tripping over their own feet
    with lack of lift off
Not discrete, this shit has me pissed off
Many of these kids are not going to make it
For the comfortable consumer culture your fam will not forsake it
Many of us will not make the connections
Many of us at ends of predilections
Most will notice sports and pres elections
    With no investigations or detections
Oh, what’s needed is an inspection
    Of all the government’s collections
Here's a recollection, many of us lack conviction
We’d rather allow ourselves to be swamped in fiction
Most without etymology and without diction
Without range of awareness there’s no suspicions
Many will not have the slightest notion
That these kids have weeks of violent commotion
How could they escape with such small range of motion?
Yuppies complain about business, Yet they hype raises and title promotions
Privileged trophy stay-at-home watches soaps for emotions
That’s wrong to me! And really is to most others too...
If only they had awareness to see this as their truth
As much as we love to dream about soaring
    It’d be fly
It’s perhaps what life isn’t about
    and my reason why
    is to be practically grounded
    and not high!
    As these actions take place
how do we just stand by?

@elizabethzeee4 years ago I CAN'T BREATH BECAUSE YOU ARE HERE.
George Floyd? Dead? Alive? Nagging guestion of Constant buffering.
BUT, he sure did start a world-wide civil war now, didn't he?
The "knee on neck" felt across the Earth simultaneously.
A painful poem of grievance, drawn from my endless ocean of suffering.
Our babies now murdering one another, before our very eyes.
The drunken lust for revenge running rampid in our streets,
"Biblical" times manifesting within our burned out grieving cries.
No help, no aid, no love, no hugs, no kisses, no truth anymore.
The best of: Confusion, Bewilderment, Grief, Sorrow are the covetted new norm.
I want off, I want out, I want to go, anywhere by here.
But experience has taught me well through all these suffering years.
No matter where one runs to hide, to retreat, to refresh, to rest
These hideous faces of arrogance, find One ALWAYS, with no Love to bless.
To Watch, to Hear, to Feel, to Know. NO NO, believing is not enough!!
The inadequacy of our tortured souls in an attempt regain stolen ground.
To be mocked, to be ridiculed, to be left as dead. A worthless pile of flesh
My soul will morn forever more from feasting my eyes on decades of death.
A heart so broken and torn, it screams at me so silently, " I can't breath."

@ML-hy6tu4 years ago Great poem and anyone sane knows that anyone who unironically uses the term "white privilege" is a vile, racist pig whose opinion actually is worthless... but putting on my post-modern critique hat, I must conclude that the dual micro-agression of first lacking the prefix "def" when referring to your own art / performance... and second, conspicuously omitting any "stool-f***ing" from your physical performance of this poem... reveals the latent anglo-centric melanin-marginalization that permeates this work that on the surface appears to be a good-natured jab at the most evil intellectual saboteurs among us... but in actuality dog whistles to neo-colonial heteronormative oppression via the aspirational collective cognitive plantation.
