Exposing a hack that lets players teamkill without limit

Apparently there is some kind of bug where the game considers you to be on one side, but you wear the uniform of the other side. Using this players are free to "teamkill" without limits. Victims are not notified of a teamkill and the system does not register a TK. It's impossible to know who does this, cause you don't see enemy names when pressing T. I was lucky and caught it in spectator mode. I have been told it is apparently not a bug, but can be done intentionally using console commands.
