@deborahortwine5283قبل 11 أشهر I wasn’t dropping any weight for two months. I stayed the exact same weight. I didn’t get frustrated because I know my body. I do not lose weight and inches at the same time. During those two months I dropped four pant sizes and five shirt sizes. Just because the scale is not moving doesn’t mean you’re not losing. My tip for everyone, don’t weigh yourself every day or every week, do it every other week or once a month. You don’t see so much disappointment when the scale doesn’t move if you’re not looking at it every day. Go every other week or like me, go every month on the first of every month. Weigh yourself at the same time once a month wearing the same thing or doing it nude so you can be accurate ....وسعت 61

@Katharina-rp7iqقبل 11 أشهر I have a mess up every time my period starts - I usually end up eating a bit over 2000 calories that day beause I feel like I'm starving. It helped to accept this one day and not be on a diet or that day. 28

@amacmc6093قبل 11 أشهر I went from 345lbs to 199 with lots of weights and light cardio and diet changes. I'm 6"3, 39 and took me 16 months or so. Thanks to weights, id="hidden4" class="buttons"> no loose skin. I've focused on bulking a bit for muscle and consistent at 227 now, and getting more and more muscle past noobie gains. ....وسعت 1

@maryparris4584قبل 11 أشهر I have been watching your short videos for some time now… and I have to say from years of experience, you are … right on… in all your advice. I am on my way down another time, but this time, I must stay. My spine doesn’t like the weight and I refuse to live on pain pills at higher weights. My internal organs like what I’m doing now and I do feel better and better with each pound lost. At one time… it did take me a year to go from 240 to 166. After getting into bread baking and cake making, I went up to 190’s and low 200’s. Weighing and measuring food, reading labels to find my calorie deficit and walking 10,000 steps a day or more, everyday, thanks to an iWatch over a year ago. I journal everything. Today, my scale showed 179. It took me 4 months to lose 10 pounds. By fall, I’m looking forward to actually seeing some 160’s. I’m 68 years old. My first weight loss was through Weight Watchers. 1988. Lost 40 pounds and kept it off for a year. Sugar addiction took over, again. Next attempt to lose weight was through a calorie counting program. I was amazed how much I was eating. … Keep doing what you are doing. You are helping a lot of people. … ....وسعت 1

@RickJoystickقبل 11 أشهر Got motivated to lose weight because of a health scare. Doctor said it wasn’t serious, but still told me to lose weight. Dropped 20kg since then. But the motivation has disappeared since then. My goal was to lose 40kg, but I’m struggling with the remaining 20kg. At least I’m not gaining any weight back, I’m also no longer obese but just overweight. But I’d still want to get it all off. ....وسعت

@NoooooooNoooooNooooقبل 11 أشهر Self discipline and consistency are key. If you can’t stop yourself from making poor decisions, no one can help you. You have to be your own hero. Most people fold and give up on day 2 ‍♂️. 2
