Crawford made him look human because of the skill gap, that's all. It's ok to be wrong about your favorites but don't scramble for excuses when they lose (just 1 loss). That's weak. Pacquiao had losses from the very beginning and climb to the top to achieved his legendary stardom and became one of the best fighter in this era. Losing does not determine who you are. Losing determine your ability to overcome your weakness and evolve it into something greater. A lot of the greats the came before us have loses and they are now carved in the boxing history as legends. Spence turn this loss around and become greater than you can imagine. It's possible. ... 16

@sirxxv54989 months ago Stephen A’s Take on Spence possibly retiring is not a bad one, if you truly care about a fighters health. Spence took a tremendous amount of damage in that fight as well as had a near fatal car accident that I’m sure has had lingering effects. He also got into two additional car accidents and suffered a detached retina. He’s also already 33 years old, and just got paid north of 25 million. We don’t want Spence to end up like Ali or Hearns 😢 ... 61

@alexreid41319 months ago Normally I get frustrated with the lack of insight Stephen A tends to provide when it comes to boxing. Kellerman tends to be far more on point and knowlegable. But fair play to Stephen A in this case for laying out all the various options and storylines. Credit where it's due. Nice job. But I disagree that Spence should hang up his gloves. I don't believe Stephen A was correct about that. Spence has got more in the tank if he still wants it. Manny also said he expects to see Spence in the ring again. Bud was just better...much better. ... 75

I have followed Crawford for years and was frustrated that he wasn't getting the recognition he deserved for so long. I firmly believe a lot of this was due to Bob Arum. Thank God that Bud stepped away from Top Rank or this fight would have not happened. The worst promotional company of all time. Bob has been silently destroying our great sport. Now, all you know who is the best is today. I know there will many disputes on this, but I also believe that Crawford is THE GOAT. I followed all the greats (giving up my age here) and Bud is the ENTIRE package. It is almost unworldly. Spiritual.
Now even the casual hater cannot say a thing. ... 21
