    @moniquedaniel1565منذ 3 سنوات i applaud anyone starting there fitness journey because it is a hard road, i used to only want to lose weight so that we people see me they don't think id="hidden5" class="buttons"> I'm fat my family would say, that I've "out grown" my sister and by that they meant i am bigger than her in size my sister is older than me and she's what you call skinny and i would be seen as thick or whatever and it honestly would hurt my feelings everyone always talks about how little they eat and it gets on my nerves but something that I've learned through all these tears is that you have to start the journey for yourself, you have to want a better lifestyle who gives a shit what people say they are always going to talk about you no matter what. even though I've been losing weight my dad talks about my acne now soooo yeah but i chose to ignore it because haters gonna hate and you are the person controlling your life not them so make something out of it ....وسعت 18

Now I wake up at 5am and i workout id="hidden10" class="buttons"> and do the rest of my stuff and have a productive day and get things done . also I gained weight in the last weeks cuz I fell off horribly and started eating fast food way more than I usually do and eating sweets and just completely spiraled outta control and hadn’t even realized but I’m back on and feel great and am already 3 pounds down and I feel happier as well ^•^ ....وسعت 4

    @user-ko5tq4un6hمنذ 3 سنوات helloo! this video came across my recommendations and i decided to check it out. i was feeling really demotivated to exercise and seeing this progress id="hidden21" class="buttons"> made me extremely motivated to go move around. around when quarantine was put into place, i started realizing how unhealthy my eating habits were. i would always stuff my face with junk food like chips, fried food, you name it. i was always so scared to weigh myself in school when it was time for our weigh-ins. so, i took advantage of quarantine to turn my life around, to make me feel comfortable with myself. i started slowly cutting down portion sizes and switching high-in calorie foods with stuff like fruits. then, i started using the exercise bike, progressively adding on more time and power. and after i would say at least 3 months(?) i started seeing a bit of change in my thigh and face fat. honestly, at first i didn’t see it until my parents pointed out that i looked so much skinnier/smaller (in size). i’ve lost around 5kg (or 12lbs) and i’m still trying to cut down 5 more kg! so if you’re trying to get the body you want, you got this! ....وسعت

But i am picking myself up and trying id="hidden23" class="buttons"> to work in this situation. Your videos are my reminder to not give up specially now that im so close to my goal. Rather than crowding your social media feed with accounts of waif-y models, start following athletes id="hidden30" class="buttons"> who play a sport that is your favorite (including dance, yoga, skateboarding). When you see them perform a cool trick, or beat someone to the ball because they were faster, or do a pose that you'd someday love to be able to do, it'll give you that extra something to work for. & you'll start learning what's required of you to do so. ....وسعت
