Court Rejected Sushil Kumar's plea for special diet | Chhatrasal Stadium Murder Case | Article 14 | The Rohini Court rejected the plea of Sushil Kumar for Special diet. Sushil Kumar contented that he is a wrestler and he wish to pursue his career in wrestling. Hence he needs special diet and supplements to maintain his body fit. However it is vehemently opposed by the State. The Court Rejected the plea by saying that Sushil Kumar has not mentioned the competition for which is wishes to participate and need special diet and supplements. This is clear cut his desire and wish to get special diet which cannot be granted as this will Violates Article 14 of the Constitution.
