Hath Kata Kabab🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
- Add 600 grams boneless chicken, 250 grams soaked chana dal, 1 sliced onion, 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric, 3/4th tbsp red chilli powder, and 1.5 cup water in a Kadhai or pressure cooker.
- Close the lid and let all of it cook on medium low flame until the dal is fully cooked. Turn off the flame and to this add in 1 tsp each of black pepper powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, 1/4th grated nutmeg, 3/4th grated/ground mace, 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 egg, finely chopped onions & coriander leaves and 1.5 tbsp ghee.
- Mix and mash everything into a thick paste. Moisten your hands forming even-flat kababs out of this. Shallow fry the kababs on medium flame for 2-3 minutes each side and serve with mint-coriander chutney.
